UI/UX design 3D renders Art direction Campaign
GUIKER reimagines housing so you live freely now while building real wealth for tomorrow. It combines flexible rental options with accessible real-estate investing, letting people move with life and invest in property at their own pace through digital tools and fractional ownership.
Ask
The ask was to reposition Guiker’s brand identity and redesign their web platform to simplify the rental process for a modern, mobile-first audience.

The logo for Guiker is essentially a masterclass in low-friction branding. In an industry as notoriously jagged and stressful as real estate, Guiker uses its visual identity to act as a digital weighted blanket.
Colors
The choice of teal is a calculated pivot from the aggressive reds of "For Rent" signs to something that feels more like a wellness app than a property manager. It’s the visual equivalent of a deep breath, a color palette meant to signal "trust" to a generation that’s understandably skeptical of the housing market.

Typography
The lowercase, sans-serif type is doing all the heavy lifting to convince you that despite the legalities of a lease, the relationship is strictly peer-to-peer and frictionless.

Website
The website’s "scrollable storytelling" transforms the high-friction rental process into a seamless narrative, using a choreography of clean visuals to bridge the gap from "dreaming" to "depositing" with a sense of quiet, digital inevitability.
